Terms of Service

DeimLead Builder turns your descriptions into working web apps. You keep ownership of what you make; we keep the right to run the service sensibly. Plain language throughout — if something below is unclear, ask us.

You sign in with Google or GitHub and you're responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account. You must be at least 13.

You own the apps you build and the content you put into DeimLead Builder. You grant us the license needed to host, serve, and process them (that's how the product works). Generated apps are served at public links; you're responsible for what your apps do and what you invite others to put into them.

Don't use DeimLead Builder to build anything illegal, deceptive (phishing, impersonation), hateful, or designed to collect sensitive personal data. Don't abuse the free tiers, scrape the AI endpoints, or attack the service. We can remove apps or suspend accounts that break this — we'll tell you why.

Credits are consumed as described in the product (builds and edits cost credits; plans and questions are free). Payments are processed by Stripe. The Pro subscription renews monthly until you cancel, which you can do anytime in one click from the billing portal — cancelling stops future charges and keeps your remaining credits. One-time credit packs never expire. Credits have no cash value; if you bought credits and haven't spent them, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of that purchase. Credits already spent on completed builds aren't refundable.

Apps are generated by AI models. We gate builds behind a plan you approve and validate output before deploying it, but we don't guarantee generated code is fit for any particular purpose. Review what you ship to other people.

DeimLead Builder is provided as-is. We may change or discontinue features (we keep a public roadmap and try to be honest about what exists). To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
